Rental Rules & regulations

. Minimum renter age of 25

. Pick-Up option must have 3/4-ton pick-up truck & weight distribution hitch.
. There shall be no smoking inside of the Trailer. Evidence of smoking will result in a $150.00 charge.

. Pets are allowed in the Trailer. Evidence of pet damage will be estimated and charged at cost of replacement & repairs.
. Camping location must be provided if Boone docking is approved.
. DO NOT flush anything except toilet paper made for RV.
. Ensure that you schedule your arrival time accordingly prior to delivery of the RV. A $50 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes of late arrival beyond the scheduled delivery time.
. The unit must be returned with the Gray and Black tanks empty, or a $60.00 clean out fee will be charged.
. Keep doors closed while AC is ON.
. The awnings are very susceptible to wind and rain damage. It must be rolled up in windy conditions, at night, and anytime the Trailer is left unattended.

. At no time should anyone ever climb up onto the roof of the Trailer. This area is completely off limits.

. At the end of the rent term, the trailer and the contents thereof shall be in the same condition found as the beginning of the Rent Term. Cooking and dining utensils shall be cleaned and stored where found in the cabinets. All trash must be removed from the Trailer. The refrigerator and freezer must be emptied of all items.

Geographic Restriction: The rental camper is strictly prohibited from being taken outside the state of Florida. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and potential additional charges. 

Right to Refuse Service

The Host reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, rental, or access to any individual or group. This right may be exercised at any time, and for any reason deemed appropriate by the Host, including but not limited to violations of rental terms, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with policies.
